We learn everything we can about the candidate relevant to their specialty. Candidates are asked by our healthcare specialists to convey comprehension of difficult situations, where we examine thought process and communication skills.

Skills Verification: We have a number of customized tests to truly ascertain a candidate’s level of ability and knowledge. Potential hires must complete tests in areas associated with their specialty so that we can garner the full range of their ability.
